More Warband Upgrades for Warriors of Chaos
Works for 7.x.x || ROR update out now!
Christmas Update:
- Expanded the size of the UI while still maintaining compatibility with WUU.
- Monogod races can now use warband upgrades without the need for using WUU.
- 44 RoRs available to Archaon and Belakor via upgrades. For other lords/factions, it will depend on their chaos god and unit availability.
- Created a new tier of upgrade cost for RoRs. All of them require rank 9 to be upgraded and cost twice as much as tier 5 upgrades. RoR upgrades are PERMANENT. They cannot be downgraded or upgraded to another RoR. This might change in the future depending on demand, but for now think carefully before upgrading to RoRs. You cannot go back.
- Added some unit upgrades that were previously not present.
DO NOT USE THIS MOD WITH ANY OTHER MOD THAT ADDS WARRIORS OF CHAOS RORS.
Expands the Warriors of Chaos Warband upgrade system, allowing you to upgrade nearly every unit in the chaos roster into more powerful units dedicated to the Dark Gods as well as RoRs. If upgrading marauders into daemons feels "un-lore-friendly" to you, just think of it as sacrificing your battle hardened warriors to summon a host of daemons in the name of the chaos gods. Or just don’t use that feature, this mod adds a whole bunch of other stuff as well.
This mod is SAVE GAME COMPATIBLE – Safe to add to and/or remove from an existing save.
SFO COMPATIBLE. Semi-compatible with Radious (as long as you don’t use Warband Ultimate for Radious by Last of the Romans. New units added by radious will be MISSING from upgrade tree).

- Single entity units lose health upon being upgraded. This is due to the internal handling of upgrades by the engine. Removing all entities in a unit to make it a single entity also takes away the proportionate amount of health. It is recommended to upgrade these in friendly territory and let them replenish for a turn or two.

-UI cleanup (low priority)
- Expands warband functionality to all monogod factions.
- Adds missing units to the rosters of various chaos factions.
- Removes the Gifted Daemon Units cap (of 6) from Warriors of Chaos factions. This cap is disabled for Be’lakor by default, I extended that effect to WoC as well.
- Archaon and Be’lakor get access to nearly the entire chaos roster through upgrades. Gives them the feel of a true Everchosen.
- BAGholder’s Warband Upgrade Ultimate to enable upgrades for every faction in the game.
- Champions of Chaos Expanded to recruit Heralds with the option to upgrade to Exalted Greater Daemon Lords at level 15 (like Monogods do) plus all monogod heroes for WoC factions.
- Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords Gotta Catch ‘Em All.
- Allegiance of the Damned: Chaos Confederation to beat other Chaos factions (including monogods) into submission, Greenskin style. Gotta Catch ‘Em All (Part 2)
