Cho’s Jester Rework
Jester had 2 really strong skills that overshadowed most of his other kit, which were Inspiring Tune and Battle Ballad. Both skills have received nerfs so that it’s not possible to get by using only those 2 skills. Harvest and Slice Off were a little too similar for my taste, so Slice Off was replaced by a new skill: Intimidating Tune. The new skill is a powerful single target debuff to give Jester his first offensive utility skill. To compensate for the Inspiring Tune nerf and to make Finale more desirable to use, it can now heal a few points of stress from the party on kill. Solo was made into a higher risk-reward skill, where it will now stealth all other heroes and disable all other skills from Jester except Finale. The spotlight is on the dodge buffed Jester until he uses Finale to close out his performance.
The main points of this rework are:
* Inspiring Tune and Battle Ballad have been nerfed
* Intimidating Tune replaces Slice Off
* Finale can heal stress
* Solo Stealth all other party members (and Finale destealths them)
