MORE PLANET TYPES UNLOCKED FOR COLONIZATION
This mod adds traits (COL) to the menu for custom faction wich unlocks the technologies of planetary colonization.
Thus, the player can determine wich planet types his custom faction can colonize at the beginning of the game.
Due to its structure, this mod should always be functional, even if it is not up to date.
