Russian translation of the mod "Stimpacks" .

In order for the Russifier to work correctly, it must be AFTER the original "Stimpacks" in the menu of the order of loading mods.

Translation version: 1.0 for the mod from October 22, 2022

P.s. If the author of the "Stimpacks" mod integrates this translation, then I will remove my translation from Steam as unnecessary.
