Earl is a floaty lightweight with a few long active time moves, disjoints, lowered gravity and tools to make landing DSPECIAL possible on di reads.
USPECIAL – Disco Inferno
-Rise with a Flaming Fist with high knockback if the final hit lands
FSPECIAL – Mic Grab
-Throw out a Mic that grabs opponents and throws them into the air
-Can grab wall once per airtime
NSPECIAL – Disco Ball and Disco Fever
-Shoot out a Pearl Disco Ball.
-You and your opponents can hit the Disco Ball to destroy it, but when you destroy it, it plays a little tune that puts opponents into a stunned state.
-While the Disco Ball is out NSPECIAL turns into Disco Fever which causes Earl to bust a funky move that nearby opponents can’t help but watch him groove out. The Disco Ball also plays the same tune Earl is grooving to.
DSPECIAL – Stayin Alive
-A tiny hitbox on the Disco Pearl that launches opponents straight up with strong knockback
Dair – Dive Kick
-Bounce off opponents, projectiles and disco balls

And as an FYI for anyone who’s not involved with the workshop discord community the character itself didn’t have to be black and representing black culture for an oc was fine.
