AT-RT (Galactic Republic)
The All-Terrain Recon-Transport is a small walker developed and produced by Kuat Drive Yards (KDY) and one of the several predecessors to the Empire’s AT-ST. It’s about a third of the height of the AT-ST, and was often used in battle as a sort of cavalry unit. Many operations such as the Battles of Ryloth, Umbara, and Kiros had AT-RTs as an essential part, either as a stalemate-breaking cavalry charge, or as a means of transport due to its speed, it serves well as a recon unit as its name implies, and after the Republic fell, its legacy continued on while being used by garrisons on backwater imperial worlds, and even later the Rebel Alliance.
NOTE: Sorry that this isn’t to-scale with my other walkers like the AT-ST and AT-DP, a human would barely be able to sit on the walker if i made it to scale with the walkers. At least its scale with other humans.
My first Galactic Republic walker is TINY! My next walker will be the AT-TE, then the AT-OP or AT-AP.
