ENG: This is winter variation of Russian Town 3 by Igor_AI88. There is a lot of snow! It’s everywhere, on buildings, on ground and it’s falling from sky! Also walking on snow will leave footprints, and driving a car on the snow will leave a track on it. Now it will be more difficult to drive, as the roads are covered with snow, and they are slippery! Increased fog. This variation was made using snow from Teardown Part 2.

RUS: Это зимний вариант "Русского города 3" от Igor_AI88. Здесь много снега! Он повсюду, на зданиях, на земле, и он падает с неба! Также ходя по снегу вы будете оставлять следы, а машина будет оставлять след на снегу. Теперь ездить будет сложнее, так как дороги покрыты снегом, и они скользкие! Увеличен туман.
