Description:

Penny, the mercenary who’s a thorn in Loxodont’s side, is back with a new look! With the tools of the future, and the conductive properties of copper, she’s ready to take on the next mission ahead of her. When she’s working on the streets, with drones flying every which way, you’ll need to use everything you got to complete the mission.

Penny has been revamped with a new moveset and design to bring her more in line with Base Cast! Utilize her DSpecial to place a Tesla Mine, charge it with your plasma, and use it to control the stage! With her new tools also comes a whole lot more range!

• Static Shock – Penny can produce a burst of plasma from her metal arm, charging opponents to enhance her strongs or make her mine even deadlier.
• Tesla Mine – Penny can place a mine down, and detonate it, using Down Special and charge it like an opponent. This allows her to get the same benefits or make her mine produce an electric blast upon detonation!
• Overclocked – When Penny grabs an opponent or hits them with her metal arm, she can sap the charge out of the opponent and empower her strong attacks!
