Zastava 1500 "Tristać" "Jugoslovenski mercedes"
So I decided to make the Zastava 1500 made by Zastava in Kragujevac, Yugoslavia
The Zastava 1500 is basically a somewhat better version of fiat 1300 familiare
It has a front engine and RWD, thus earning the nickname, Yugoslav mercedes
It also isn’t lacking in luxury, it was for a long period the most attractive car in Yugoslavia.
Powering the tristać is an overhead valve, 1.5 litre naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine with 2 valves per cylinder that develops power and torque figures of 65hp
The engine delivers its power through to the wheels by means of a 4 speed manual gearbox
