INTRO
Hi everyone and welcome to my Holy European Empire mod! Just a mod I made for those who want a Holy, and European Empire in Victorum Universalis.

WHAT’S THE MOD ABOUT?
This mod changes all references to the Holy Roman Empire into the Holy European Empire. Also It expands the borders of the Empire to include all of Europe. Includes a new Mission Tree for the Holy European Empire

FEATURES
1) Extended borders of the HRE (HEE)
2) Changed name, flag, and color of the HRE
3) Adds a new Focus Tree to the European Empire
4) Custom Events
