Interest Group Descriptions
Paradox wrote out descriptions for most interest groups (some don’t have them as I guess this was a cut feature), but they are not used anywhere in the game.
This mod simply adds these descriptions to the interest group tooltip and interest group details screen.
This UI should support any custom interest group descriptions you add too, so long as their localization entries follow the vanilla format.
The entire interest_group_panel.gui file is replaced, as well as the localization entry "DATA_INTEREST_GROUP_NAME_TOOLTIP" so keep those in mind for compatibility.
This was only tested on 1080p, and I am not a programmer so there may be some scuff. But yeah, this is just something that bothered me while digging around in the files and figured I’d share my 5 minute fix. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
