Attackers: 2 million civilians
Defenders: Inconsequential

Recommended: 70 bots; balance 2:3 in favour of eagle. If you want a less silly experience, try removing the points Naruto Runners and Anti Vaxx Kids.

I’ll add that it may be a good idea to give eagle worse weapons than raven.
