Adds a decision to any hellenic pagan owners of the county of of Alexandria has 10 learning and 100 gold to then unlock the power to build the 4 ‘missing’ wonders of the world.
Decision to be able to build the new wonders: Requires you to be hellenic pagan or the reformed variant, own Alexandria, have 100 wealth and 10 learning.
Each new wonder has the same list of upgrades as the ‘base’ type it’s just each level provides different buffs/effects.
