A mod that introduces Shrapnel, Splintering, and High Velocity Fragmentation
The settings menu is in game, hit pause and look for the "SHRED Config" button.
This mod adds in Shrapnel, Splintering, and High Velocity Fragmentation. It hooks Shoot() and Explosions to make it slide in nicely with the base game as well as most mods. It has a lot of configuration options to make it feel as destructive or vanilla feeling as you prefer.
