IMPORTANT: FOR THE ACCOMPANYING MUSIC SEE BELOW The Space Mountain coasters around the globe serve as inspiration. The layout is a mix of all 3 layouts (Paris with the launch, asteroids and special effects, Magic Kingdom with the helixes and sweeping turns, and Disneyland/HKDL/Tokyo’s with ramps and tight U-turns). —STORY— For the backstory for this attraction, you can search for "planet coaster space mounatin" on the Planet Coaster subreddit or on Youtube (it’s the pink one). —MUSIC—Since music can not be saved into saved game files, if you would like the onboard soundtrack than you must search for "Disneyland Paris – Space Mountain: De La Terre à La Lune Onride Soundtrack" in google or youtube. It’s 2:24 mm:ss. You’ll have to download/convert it from youtube and place it into the custom music folder. Running more than one train can cause the music to fight with itself. Area music for the ride can be found the same way by searching for Impressions de Space Mountain. Speakers for the area music are under the station and in the indoor queue near the exterior walls. —LIGHTING— Planet Coaster isn’t too great with atmospheric lighting, and allows light to flood in to buildings unless they’re under ground. Because of this, it’s recommended that you ride Space Mountain at night to get the proper lighting effect. It works fine during the day but Space Mountain is obviously intended to be ridden in the dark!
