Description:

Makes it so the AI applies more common sense to their decisionmaking and their opinion towards you and encourages them to form multi-clan factions and alliances, instead of just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ engaging in a free-for-all.
The AI is now more likely to make up their mind about you and will like or dislike you with more stability in their opinion of you.

– Trade relations now start at 19 and slowly increase to 80 to encourage the AI to not lose out on profits.
– Alliances now start at 40 and increase by 2 each turn and cap at 100, encouraging the AI to form long-term trust and alliances.
– Opinion bonuses for gifts and hostages tick down 20% slower. (AI can be bought more easily, is more careful when attacking if you have a hostage)
-The AI is now 5% more mad if you incite rebellions/assassinate/utilize subterfuge
-The opinion bonus for marriage now caps at 42 and starts higher, clans will now be biased to like you at least slightly more as long as your dynasties are linked.
– The AI is now significantly less upset (-30) if you marry within an enemy clan. What matters to them is whether you ally them.
– Opinion bonus for going to war with an enemy of another clan raised to 40
– Opinion malus for going to war with a friend of another clan ‘only’ raised to 35 (AI is now more utilitarian)
– Opinion malus for embargo increased to 45
– Opinion malus for attacking while having military access increased to -40
– The AI is now slightly less mad if you refuse to join their offensive wars, and slightly more mad if you break their alliance, including refusing to defend them.
– Many very minor adjustments to drift and start values ( Drift is now usually a factor of both starting value and cap. This should very much please your OCD.)

! Realm divide is now capped at 120, therefore allies that have been with you for at least 60 turns should assist you in your quest to become ruler of japan until the bitter end !

These changes make it easier to maintain long term friendships with clan that mutually respect each other, while the increased penalties for hostilites prevent everyone from just fanatically loving you, as is the case with other diplomacy mods.

! There is a bug that can prevent this mod from loading in conjunction with other mods. A simple workaround is to disable all other mods and launch the game, then reenabling all the other mods. This is not a problem specific to this mod and this workaround has solved the problem every time for me thus far !
