Jeff is back but he’s more original and has way less moves, lol. I’ll admit though alot of moves were built from the moves in the template, but compare them now and they are nothing alike so i did my job, Jeff’s gimick is he doesn’t have a upB and instead does a uair, dont worry he has 5 jumps and is somewhat balanced (DONT TAKE THAT OUT OF CONTEXT)
