Pick it up and permanently gain a counter under your normal pickups that displays how many of those perfect beige buttons you’ve come across by complete chance and certainly not by spinning down magic skin eighty times. Pick one up and it’ll go on the keychain to be used whenever you feel like.
Also, as pictured, the keychain comes with one R Key already on it.
