Complete City State
This is a city that was build by arjen. Its setup for 432,000 Citizens, and has a huge network of roads and rails, a huge beautiful city, and airport, and the most realistic Harbor that I’ve ever seen in this game.

Tip: set the population to low, otherwise your framerate will be worse than it needs to be.
