Murmansk-Lapland SSR (Unpopulated)

NOTE: THIS IS A NON-POPULATED VERSION OF THIS MAP.
This map is inspired by the Northern Russian region, Murmansk
and the Finnish Lapland. Murmansk borders Norway and Finland.
And Lapland is a wide geographical area located in the Nothern
Countries, extending all the way to Russia through Sweden and
Finland in its path.
This workshop creation is 100% fictional except for the heightmap
which somewhat resembles the Kantalahti (Кандалакша), Murmansk region.
Names are fictional in this workshop creation, feel free to rename them as you
see them fit the best into your own republic!
The mod requirements are there because I have decided to add them to the map
as I see them fit there very well. I don’t know what happens if you play without the
mod, but probably nothing special.
