This mod makes Taiwan (Formosa) more historic accurate and more fun!
It includes:
– More flags
– More country’s names
– More rich and accurate Taiwanese resources (includes sugar cane, coal, sulfur, gold)
– Better and more accurate map
– More accurate population (including Hakka and Taiwanese indigenous peoples)
– Country of Formosan indigenous peoples
– Decision to claim China
– More rich and accurate names, including Min and Formosan cultures.
This mod includes English and Traditional Chinese (in the option of Simplified Chinese)
This mod modifies the country "Formosa" and add a new decentralized country "Formosan Indigenes"
Taiwan in the original game lacks of details. It doesn’t have a flag ( like Republic of Formosa’s flag (1895) ). It doesn’t have the correct resources (like coal and sugar which are exported a lot, and sulfur and gold which are mined a lot). It doesn’t have the correct population (lack of Hakka and Taiwanese indigenous peoples). It doesn’t have the right names (Min’s names are not in Hokkien, and those names are rare). It’s map is wrong ( Taitung(台東) port doesn’t exist, most famous ports are in Hú-siânn (府城), Lo̍k-káng (鹿港), Báng-kah (艋舺) ). It doesn’t represent Formosan indigenous peoples (Qing only control west Taiwan and north Taiwan).
And this mod, fixes and improves everything.
