Everyone Asks for Gold
Did you know that AI rulers prefer not to ask for gold unless they have a valid reason (with further penalties for counts and vassal dukes) even if they pass the opinion check? The reasons such as being in debt or head of faith being very rich are only checked once every 2 years. In other words, players are the only ones who can freely fill up their gold reserves at every opportunity. Well, not anymore.
This small mod increases the base AI chance to ask for gold from 0 to 100% (opinion check and cooldown are not affected). In addition, AI rulers will now consider asking twice as often (once a year, down from 2 years). All vanilla consideration bias still apply, so lower rank rulers ask for gold less often unless they really need it.
"Everyone Asks for Gold" makes the game a bit more difficult as having much higher income than others of the same faith may leave players without free gold. Heads of faith also have less gold to work with. To make things better for the latter, AI rulers are made less eager to ask for gold while heads of faith are at war (except for allied participants).
As a side effect, the mod fixes a bug that made AI counts have the same chance to ask for gold as kings and emperors despite what the comments left by devs implied.
