Quick Deals – Open Borders Extension
This mod extends the functionality of the Quick Deals mod to allow players to purchase open borders from the AI. Adds a 5th option in the purchase menu to buy open borders.

Currently only supports purchasing one way borders from the AI. The UI doesn’t support mutual borders very well, for example when the AI values buying your open borders more than selling its borders to you. The mod would have to be much more heavily coupled with the original Quick Deals mod in order to make it work, so I have no plans to add this feature. I recommend buying and selling your borders separately through the Quick Deals UI if you desire mutual open borders.
The Quick Deals mod author described his reasoning for not implementing this in the mod description; that the AI can want to pay you when trading mutual open borders. I have not done anything to counter any strange behaviour, nor do I have any plans to. I do not believe it can happen when buying one-way open borders, and the UI is not designed to display it so you won’t even see it if it does happen. The only clue will be your gold being slightly higher than it should be. Please let me know if you spot anything weird regarding this.
