Flag Fix for the Great Qing Emprie and the Kingdom of Choson
Have you ever wondered why the Yellow Dragon Flag became the Circle Dragon Flag after the Great Qing changed its power distribution system, even though in our timeline, the Yellow Dragon Flag was always used until the demise of the Qing Dynasty, or even in the restoration of Zhang Xun in 1917?
That’s because the Circle Dragon Flag was set as the default flag of China by Paradox, while the Yellow Dragon Flag was set as the exclusive flag of Absolute Monarchy!
Have you ever wondered why the flag of the Kingdom of Choson is also such not historical? The reason is similar.
This Mod changed China’s default flag to the Yellow Dragon Flag. Now the Qing Dynasty will not change to the Circle Dragon Flag under the non-absolute monarchy.
This Mod also modified the flag of the Kingdom of Choson. When the Kingdom of Choson is a tributary subject, a vassal subject or a puppet subject of China, the flag of the Kingdom of Choson in history will be used.
The reason for making this Mod is that I think the Yellow Dragon Flag is ugly and not-historical.
In addition, the Yellow Dragon Flag in the original game is also ugly and not-historical.

All credits belong to @hf61, and I just modified the code to ensure that the Great Qing Empire under non-absolute monarchy also continued to use the Yellow Dragon Flag, and when the Kingdom of Choson was a vassal or puppet state of China, it still used the flag of the Kingdom of Choson.
