Trader Seminars

Modifies trader stocks to include all pilot/management seminars.
This also renames the basic/advanced seminars so that they sort appropriately.
Prices are unchanged.

Ändert die Händlerbestände so, dass sie alle Pilot- und Managementseminare umfassen.
Dadurch wird auch das Basicseminar umbenannt, damit es entsprechend sortiert wird.
Die Preise bleiben unverändert.
Hinweis: Ich spreche eigentlich kein Deutsch. Bitte kommentieren Sie auf Englisch, wenn Sie können.
