Political education house
Political education house of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Armenian SSR. Works as a university. Employs 80 workers and 80 more professors. Serves as an office which purpose is to reduce unemployment in big towns.
Since 1991, this is the building of American University of Armenia (AUA).
