VTM Colonization Module
- What does this mod do?
Colonial Capacity: Colonial Institution levels now generate capacity that can be utilised to maintain growing colonies in additional state regions.
Colonial Claims: Great Powers gain claims in Africa, Oceania and Indonesia when their colony has grown large enough to limit other powers from competing in the same state region. A claim is granted when one Great Power controls 50% of a state region – Great Powers with colonies in that state region that own at least 20% of it also get a claim.
- Compatibility?
This mod overwrites the topbar.gui file, I have instructions within the files on how to easily create compatibility.
This mod is compatible with "Extra Topbar Info" by Sulius with the following load order:

YES. I specifically uploaded this version so that people can rip it! Feel free to do whatever you want with the mod.
