Craftable Ratkin Spacer Gear
Adds crafting recipes for the ratkin battlesuit, masked helmet, Head band, BFR 3000, magic wand, and plasma rifle. The recipes weren’t activated in the code so now they are.

Fixed the bugs for the most part, if bugs are found inform me asap.
1.4: most of the weapons that needing this mod to be crafted are no longer in the OG mod so they are no longer incuded for this version, the armor and clothing is.
