* Cross – Isaac
* Polaroid – ??? (Blue Baby)
* Satan’s Head – Satan
* Negative – The Lamb
* Coin eye – Ultra Greed
* Monstro’s Tooth – Boss rush
* Hush skin – Hush
* Knife – Mother
* Black horn – The Beast
* Big Ear – Mega Satan
* Corrupted Stone/Ebonwood – Delirium in Normal mode
* Crimson Stone/Shadewood – Delirium in Hard mode
If trophy covered in blood, it means, ofc, that it’s hard mode trophy
!!! Of course isn’t compatible with others mods that change post-it note !!!
