UWE (only stealth nerf)
Here you have my first mod. This mod aims to nerf stealth, thievery and assassination (which are pretty OP in my opinion).
It is basically a mix of 2 mods:
-It uses the IA of Universal Wasteland Expansion, so when you sneak in a shop, you are automatically committing crime (only keeps IA, dialogues and Squads, removing everything else from UWE)
-I also nerfs the items which boost stealth and assassination
