Lancer
Adds a Lancer variant for campaigns, which use melee combat.
Lancer campaigns are new stories intertwined between vanilla campaigns,
with many hidden interactions across multiple campaigns.
SlugBase slugcats also get their own Lancer variants,
but their story will be unchanged.
More Slugcats lancers will be coming later.
(Trying to select them in Jolly/Arena now will give you normal MSC cats instead)

Common troubleshooting:
If you have Jolly Coop enabled and Lancer campaigns play as normal slugcat, check Jolly Coop settings and click the pup button until it becomes Lancer icon.
