Justinian I as the leader of Byzantium

For every 6 tiles from the capital (maximum 36), the unit gains +1 movement, +2 combat strength, the city +5 loyalty, and a 5% reduction in the cost of purchasing buildings and units. After researching the "mercenaries" civic, you will get the Unique unit "Foederati hourse archer".

Justinian I medieval Unique unit, replacing the courser. Can only be purchased with gold.
