No Colony cultures
Deletes the emergent culture event for colonies so cultures like Mexican, American etc don’t spawn. This mod is for your average EU4 player who want to have their Andalusian caliphate with Sunni vassals in Ireland that also has colonies in New York now known as New Granada to be ethnically homogeneous.
