Campaign Features: Hordes can Reinforce
This mod inverts the true/false statement values for the ‘can_reinforce’ and ‘can_be_reinforced’ functions for horde factions. Both of these values are set to ‘false’ for horde factions in the unmodified game. This mod switches these values to ‘true’.
