AI Embeds Passive Agents
Enemy agents again won’t use offensive skills and AI will put them into armies more often than not. The AI should still be able to use unique actions like warlock bombs, pirate coves, and nurgle plagues. I had stopped these in my TWW2 mod and did not enjoy the loss of fluff or how handicapped it could make the AI.
Player can use all skills still, works with save games so far.
Fund allocations were removed to increase compatibility; TWW3 introduced a better actions priority table that I have modified to further decrease the chances of offensive actions + increase chances of embedding. I also gave them -1000% success chance if somehow they try to assassinate it will not work
Should have high compatibility: If they are still using skills, try putting this higher in load order.
