Description:

Adds railways on the campaign map for Chaos Dwarfs (and the Karaz Ankor main underway for regular Dwarfs).

How it work?

There is a new button above the movement bar when you select a character. Press it to open the railway / underway map. You can teleport between nodes on the map depending on certain conditions being met;

For Chaos Dwarfs you need to own the settlement and build it up to level 3 and then it will be added to the network. It will cost Raw Materials to move armies, the cost depending on army size, distance travelled and campaign difficulty.

For Dwarfs the settlement needs to be built to level 3 and owned by any Dwarf faction. It costs nothing to use it but you can only hop from one node to the next.

You can only move on the network if you haven’t moved this turn, and it consumes the entire movement bar to do so.

Does the AI use it?

Not yet. I want to take a stab at adding AI usage at some point, but moving AI armies around might screw with the AI in fun and interesting ways you only discover 100 turns into a campaign. CA didn’t let the AI use sea lanes and worldroots either so I’m assuming there are issues with moving AI armies.

Compatibility

Not compatible with RoC because I’m very lazy. It will just disable on RoC. Safe to add or remove mid-campaign. Probably compatible with everything else, holler if you run into problems.

Permissions

You can use the mod for whatever you want, copy the code, make a different version of it, whatever, I dun care.
