Chaos Dwarfs – Ogre Labourers
This mod adds Ogre Labourers to the Chaos Dwarfs. They can be recruited from any tier 2 settlement and are a cheap anti-large unit for the early game.
Since the Chaos Dwarfs definitely have slave ogres in the lore, it just felt right to include such a unit for them. They seem to hold fine against early game cavalry and don’t perform well against infantry, but I mostly eyeballed the stats.
I stripped down the Ogre Bulls, put them in chains and gave them the Dragon Ogres’ 2-hand weapons. Since they use the Maneaters’ animation, the model doesn’t always work properly and some clipping is visible, but I think it’s a minor issue and won’t be noticed too much in battle.
The unit card seemed to be a concept art for Warhammer Online, but I’m not entirely sure. If anyone is good with unit cards and wants to create a more fitting one, please let me know.
Since I hardly play anymore, I will most likely not support the mod in the future. Please don’t ask for updates with the next patch and hope it remains working. Everyone is free to take whatever they want for their own use and/or update it accordingly! No credits needed, but appreciated.
