Lore of the Knights of the Fay
Many men of Bretonnia have been questing for the Holy Grail, and few have been Blessed in their search. But in secret, a few women have fought to obtain the same power!
Lonely wandering the deep woods, sleeping among the fairies, drinking the sacred water of the lakes. Slowly their souls have been entwined with the forest spirits until the day the the lady of the lake choose to present them with the holy grail.
Their deep roots with the forest have let them to become possessed by the forest spirits. This have left their bodies weak, but in exchange they received the power of the spirits of slay their foes. An unworldly power of the forest wrath….
Them 2-hands!
Knights of the Fay is for you who think knights with 2-hand swords (question knights) are way more badass than grail knights, and should be the top tier cavalry for Bretonnia.
Balance
The unit is balanced for vanilla. But very deadly in the right hands.
The fay bodies are squishy! low armor and low health pool but in exchange for heavy damage with occasional splash. (A bit Glasscannon)
The unit work some techs from questing knights and some from grail. (but in total same amount as any other cavalry unit.
Compatibility
This dose not use any existing models or unit data, so should be compatible with everything 🙂
Other units!
As requested, i made another unit mod, "Knights of the Fleur" These are equipped with heavy and 2-hands, but less damage output 🙂
