Adds Charles I/V as an alternate leader for Spain. The father of Philip II, he controlled much of Europe during his reign, which included dealing with the Protestant Reformation, Ottoman expansionism, and the conquest of the New World!
Leader Ability: Conquest of Tunis
Melee units (both land and naval) gain a Combat Strength bonus when attacking cities and Encampments on foreign continents. Creating a Great Work grants a boost of Loyalty in all cities, and cities on your home continent with an established Governor produce +15% additional Great Person points.
Leader Agenda: Universal Monarchy
Likes smaller civilizations of the same religion. Dislikes larger civilizations and civilizations following a different religion, especially if they have alliances.
