- Three accurately recreated ChME3 paint jobs from Russian railroads
- Available in a separate menu, nothing replaces

- ChME3-3110 (2007-2017) – in the livery of Gorkovskaya railway
- ChME3-3483 (2012-2017) – in the blue livery
- ChME3-4416 (2002-2012) – in the livery with the Russian flag
