Description:

Makes the Intellect Traits non-congenital, both because intelligence isn’t genetic and for balance.

Adjusts the Blood Legacy and Strengthen Bloodline Decision accordingly.

Changes the negative intellect traits to be less demeaning and more like Autism. They now reduce your Diplomacy, Intrigue, and General Opinion.

Compatible with EK2 and CK3AGOT.
