Age of Heroic Backgrounds
Description
Adds 16 governance Hero Backgrounds that unlock recruitment for many of the harder to get Units, such as Fairies, Wyverns, Unicorns or Penguins.

I’ll do a general rework of this Mod at some point, adding many hero traits as well.

No changes to .rpk files.
