[Vanilla/WOTC] True Mute Voice Pack
There already exists a mute voice pack, but that pack isn’t truly mute as it still has lines for soldiers getting wounded.
This pack, however, is 100% fully mute, no exceptions.
It’s available for every soldier type and every gender, obviously. It won’t appear on anyone at random, though.
The singular line it has is a WAV file with a tenth of a second of silence, so it really only counts as a "voice line" by technicality.
