– All districts receive an additional standard adjacency bonus for being adjacent to another district.
– Industrial Zones trigger a culture bomb.
– Encampment provide +2 Culture if placed on a river.
– Encampment provide +1 Science if adjacent to mountains.
– Opposing civilizations receive double the war weariness for fighting against Mesugaki.
– Mesugaki unique Atomic era unit. Replace the Machine Gun.
– Range 3. +7 Combat Strength against light cavalry and heavy cavalry units.
– A district unique to Principality of Mesugaki. Replaces the Commercial Hub district.
– +2 Great Merchant Points, +2 Production from domestic Trade Routes.
– +2 Gold from the adjacent City Center district.
– The other abilities are the same as Commercial Hub.
– Unlock Civic : Civil Engineering
– +1 Housing, +2 Culture, +1 Food, +1 Appeal.
