Description:

Adds Rudrama Devi as an alternate leader for the Indian civilization. She ruled as as Queen of the Kakatiya Dynasty beginning in 1261 until her death in either 1289 or 1295.

Leader Ability: Warrior and Patron Queen
Receive +25% Production when building Melee and Varu Units in cities with a Holy Site or Theatre Square. Cities with walls receive an additional +4 city defense strength for each building in either their Holy Site or Theatre Square, whichever is larger.

Leader Agenda: Rudradeva Maharaja
Likes civilizations willing to make alliances and declare friendship. Dislikes warmongers on the same continent.

Defensive, Religious, Cultural, Conquest

Notes:
Leader is not animated.
Has TSL and RwF support.
