Cryoformer Rebalance
What does this do?
Swaps the terraforming effects of "Marching Winter" and "Flash Freeze".
With this mod "Marching Winter" only changes the terrain theme to arctic, but the terrain overlays (plains, forests, mountains, etc) remain as they are.
This prevents large winter domains with only one forest or mountain tile. It can’t destroy mountains anymore.
"Flash Freeze" now changes all tiles in the province to snow except one of each of the other overlay types.
(If you use this on a forest, it will turn all tiles except one into snow)
It can’t destroy mountains either.
What if I still want to destroy mountains?
