Steam Tanks have Perfect Vigour (compatible w/ all)
Adds a new passive skill for the Steam Tanks that gives it perfect vigour and better reload.
Doesn’t edit the steam tank stats or attribute group, so compatible with everything.
They are tanks, they should not get fatigued (which reduces armor and movement speed).
With the +20 reload speed they are also a ranged threat now, but not on par with dedicated artillery.
This will make the Steam Tanks worth their expensive cost.
