3 Skill Points Per Level for Agents
This mod gives 3 skill points for every level for every agent type in ROTS and Vanilla campaigns (15 instead of 12 for ROTS and 10 for vanilla at max level). For FOTS, due to skill trees requiring fewer skill points, two skill points are allocated at ranks 2, 3, and 4 and three skill points are allocated at ranks 5 and 6 (12 instead of 9 at max level).
