Head into the ship and take any ladder down
On the very bottom deck of the ship, head to the boiler room in the middle of the ship
Turn the key on each boiler to light it
Once steam pressure has risen, you’re good to go

To sink
Head to the captain’s cabin at the rear of the ship
Sit at the desk and you’ll see the keypad on it
Choose a sink mode
1
This causes a torpedo detonation and a slow sink by the bow
2
Similar to method 1 but also requires winds to be turned up (atleast 60%)

Notes
The weather deck can get wet in rough weather, make sure you batten the hatches…
