Description:

Partially make `Rimedieval – Ice add-on` functional in 1.4

Fixed
– ice fridge cannot stop rotting
– broken description when clicking ice wall

Not fixed
– water freezing machanism not work
– no dig ice designation

Put this after Ice add-on, and just ignore the error log
